FAEIS Newsletter

May 16, 2006

This is the first in a series of newsletters focusing on disciplines in FAEIS. We chose animal science because it was the most frequently reported discipline. Below are several charts that summarize the data in FAEIS for the animal sciences degree programs. Note that the enrollment and degrees awarded charts include data from those universities that reported in all 3 years (2003, 2004, and 2005) hence the smaller sample size.

These data reflect current FAEIS data and should be viewed as a sample of the population of information for this discipline. To improve the data, please consider adding or updating your data.

We intend to create additional newsletters to feature other disciplines. We hope that you find these newsletters to be useful!

Yours truly,

The FAEIS Development Team
