Data Entry for 2005 Survey

The deadline for completion of the 2005 Survey was March 31, 2006. If you were unable to complete your survey, please contact the FAEIS Office to arrange for an extension.

Data Entry of Incomplete Data for Previous Years

If you have incomplete data for any of the previous years' surveys, we would like for you to submit the data so the database for your institution is consistent over the past four years. Contact the FAEIS Office if you have data you wish to submit for any of the previous years.

Emerging and Discontinued Disciplines

One of the features of FAEIS is the reporting of emerging and discontinued disciplines. We encourage you to report any program changes in your college. The data entry form for emerging and discontinued disciplines is found by logging into FAEIS and clicking on "My Surveys". Below is a summary of the emerging disciplines reported since 2002.
